职位要求:
  职务概述POSITION SUMMARY 
为集团CTE核工业业务发展的关键位置,根据集团现状制定相应的业务计划和发展战略,针对各发展阶段进而调整有针对性的商业计划,满足选定的市场需求(定位CTE)。

职责责任:
·根据公司战略实施产业销售计划;
·根据成功率确定优先级;
·能够提出想法,完善业务发展规划;
·确定并联系合适的潜在客户;
·提高CTE能力并获得RFQ;
·分析客户需求,制定有吸引力的商业方案;
·管理RFQ;
·根据保证金目标协商和签订合同;
·实时管理报表和更新客户数据库;
·帮助开发CTE的广告和知名度;
·负责自己的规划和工作组织;
Key position to ensure CTE’s Nuclear and industrial business development, you will be responsible for positioning CTE appropriately in chosen markets through developing targeted commercial opportunities according to our current business plan and development strategy.

The best candidate will be a credible sales professional possessing a wide industrial contact network and a good technical knowledge in order to quickly understand our activities thus to be operational a fast a possible. The role is focused mainly on new industrial business OEM, and is suited to people who are sales aggressive and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results.

职责RESPONSIBILITIES 

・ Implement industrial sales plan, based on the Company strategy 
・ Prioritize the actions based on success ratio 
・ Capable to suggest ideas and refine business development plan 
・ Identify and contact suitable potential customers 
・ Promote CTE competencies and obtain RFQs 
・ Analyze customer needs and develop attractive commercial proposals 
・ Manage RFQs answers 
・ Negotiate and sign the contracts in line with margin targets 
・ Manage reporting and update customer data base in real time 
・ Help developing CTE’s advertisement and visibility 
・ Responsible for your own planning and work organization 

知识及技能KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS 

Key competencies 
・ Excellent clean relationship

・ Good business sense & good negotiation skills

・ Time management, personal organization 
・ Technical knowledge (drawings and industrial processes understanding)

学历、专业、资格证书Education、Major、Formal qualifications: 

Ideally mechanical or generalist engineering degree on industrial goods. 

经验Experience: 

A minimum 8 -years successful experience is required: 
・ In a high added value industry sector, such as electro-mechanical systems, energy, nuclear energy, water treatment, aeronautics… 
・ Managing business with major western companies. 
・ Sales/projects experience and market knowledge 
・ To possess a network of contacts in the sectors listed above would be a strong advantage.
